At Official Osaki Massage Chair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wellness investment. If your chair isn't the perfect fit for your home, you may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery subject to our standard restocking fees.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated customer support team via email or phone within 30 days of receiving your massage chair to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare for Pickup
Ensure the chair is placed back in its original factory packaging with all accessories and manuals included to prevent damage during transit and avoid additional fees.
Scheduled Freight Collection
Once your return is authorized, we will coordinate with a professional white-glove freight service to pick up the unit directly from your residence at a scheduled time.
Inspection and Refund
After our technicians inspect the returned unit at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus applicable shipping and restocking costs.
